1. Trial & Subscription
bookledger provides a 30-day free trial on signup with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a valid paid plan. All fees are billed in advance, and we do not issue refunds once a billing cycle commences.
2. Absolute Tenant Data Ownership
You own your data. Every row of accounting information, invoice detail and customer profile belongs exclusively to you. We hold no rights over your commercial records.
3. Responsibility for GST Filing Accuracy
bookledger compiles information and exports GSTR-ready spreadsheets for the government portal. However, bookledger provides data export, not regulatory filing services. You remain liable for validating tax accuracy before submission.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our APIs to transmit spam, attempt database injection attacks, or breach the usage caps (users, storage) of your active subscription tier.
